Your beach paradise awaits you and your family or friends. We have 2 options available. Our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo located directly on the sugar-white shores of the Alabama Gulf Coast in Orange Beach or our 1 bedroom 1 bathroom in Gulf Shores next to the Hangout. Of course, you will enjoy taking in the sunrise from our 14th floor, 3 bedroom balony or the 4th floor, 1 bedroom balcony.

Our 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom can easily accommodate up to 10 guests (12 if small children) and our 1 bedroom accommodates up to 4 people
All of our guests receive access to the amenities of the resorts at no extra charge. Our 3 bedroom ammenities include: indoor pool, outdoor pool,whirlpool, sauna, beach view fitness center, basketball/lighted tennis courts.
Our 1 bedroom has an outdoor pool
Gulf Shores/Orange Beach offer the best restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Foley outlet mall, OWA Amusement Park and the Wharf is only 20 minutes away. Many restaurants are within walking distance.

Happy Is... located in beautiful Orange Beach, Alabama in the Phoenix V condominium building, a beachfront property with plenty of beachfront and all of resort amenities a vacationing family could ask for. Very short walk to multiple restaurants, 2 mini golf courses, a family entertainment complex, and shops.
