​$180.00 cleaning fee for 1 bedroom unit or $225.00 for our 2-bedroom unit (YOU MUST CHOOSE A CLEANING FEE when booking online through the website)

$89.00 Accidental Damage Protection: This provides protection to travelers with coverage for accidental damage to a rental property during your stay. $89.00 is charged for $3,000 coverage.

Parking (We do not own the parking lots. It is owned by a separate management company. A Reservation will be made for you. Fees will need to be paid online or upon arrive at their front desk)

50% deposit required to save your reservation. The remaining is due 30 days prior to check in. Full refunds will be given 30 days prior to check in and 50% will be refunded 14 days prior to check in. No refunds will be given less than 14 days. Full refunds will be given if the Governor declares a State of Emergency or a Stay Order is put in place and the beaches are closed. Refunds will NOT be given for any other reason.
Our rates are extremely competitive and more than likely better than other similar condos in the area.

SIMPLE BOOKING PROCESS

Go to the dates you are interested in on the calendar below.

If the dates are blank on the calendar, the dates are available.

Contact us through the contact page. We will email and send you an invoice with a quote for your total price. Generally, we ask for 50% at booking.

-OR- Book directly through our website. You can pay with a credit card. When booking your reservation for JUNE 1st through AUGUST 15th, please book ONLY Saturday to Saturday. If it is booked any other days of the week we will contact you and reschedule for a Saturday to Saturday reservation.

You then have the option to secure your stay with a deposit. Another option is to call, text or live chat us. We can get the necessary information and send you an invoice via PayPal.

Dates that are booked will be indicated by a red or blue line/dot for our
1-Bedroom Unit (red indicates the condo is booked) or
2- Bedroom Unit ( blue indicates the condo is booked)
